Eagle Network Solutions is seeking a Resident Consultant in Amhurst, Massachusetts . This highly technical position has a strong focus on Juniper Routing, Switching and Security solutions. Candidates must have solid JUNOS skills and a minimum of 7 years experience in a complex IP network environment. They will have a strong understanding of routing protocols surrounding IP networks.

Products to be supported include EX, MX and SRX. Resident Consultant must have heavy hands-on experience, deep expertise on Junos configs and CLI mastery from day one. Scripting will be required.

Base Qualifications:
Candidates for this role must also have a minimum of 3 years experience designing IP networks.

Candidates for this role MUST be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

  1. Candidate should be proficient in configuring, troubleshooting, and architecting Juniper MX, EX, and SRX devices. The candidate should be proficient in MPLS, VPLS, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, STP, JUNOS, Scripting (Python or other), QoS, CGNATs, LINUX, and Security environments.
  2. Detailed technical experience in the installation and operation of IP routers. This includes hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers.
  3. A detailed understanding of the protocols surrounding IP service provider networks. These skills should include: a. TCP/IP fundamentals, b. IP sub netting and super netting and hierarchical routing principles, c. Routing protocol (OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP-4) operation, migration, and scaling mechanisms, d. Routing policies at BGP peering points, e. VPNs and the associated tunneling technologies (L2TP, MPLS, etc.), Switching technologies and firewall technologies as determined by customer requirements.
  4. Strong Interpersonal skills.

The Director of Federal Engineering is responsible for inspiring, motivating and leading a team of senior-level pre-sales consultants and professional service delivery personnel. They are an evangelist for solutions, services, and vision both internally as well as externally with customers, partners and future potential employees. They work closely with the Sales Management Team to develop account and territory strategies in order to grow our business and continually improve customer and partner engagement. They actively participate, as a member of the federal leadership team, in the development and evolution of the vision and strategy of the organization. We are seeking a Cyber Security Solution Architect to join a strong federal engineering team. The selected candidate will support the team in a presales capacity, working with our inside and outside teams identify opportunities for enterprise cyber security solutions. This will include documentation of customer requirements, helping to build solutions for our customers, supporting proposal efforts, and acting as a subject matter expert at customer meetings.

Our client is a rapidly growing government technology integrator. They leverage performance based contracting to develop enterprise cyber security solutions for the public sector. They have demonstrated success leveraging multiple contract vehicles, such as the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program, enables us to improve the security posture of agencies including Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Veterans Affairs.

The Solution Architect will:

  • Be responsible for developing and farming the pipeline for cyber security solutions at Govplace, both as an overlay to the sales team, and as an individual contributor.
  • Assess existing client cyber security environments and develop security solutions to meet their current requirements plus future growth and functionality needs.
  • Have the ability to elicit and interpret complex IT security and business requirements and synthesize them into comprehensive solutions that incorporate tools, integrations and process flows between systems. (i.e. design an architecture for a Security Operations Center (SOC))
  • The Solution Architect's work will include developing the Bill of Material for sales quotes, solution sizing and analysis, building system configurations, implementation plans, transition approaches and all aspects required to create a proposal and the details plans for implementation.
  • The Solution Architect will be participate directly or manage others in the implementation of cyber security solutions. On complex implementations, the Solution Architect may be the SME who performs the work; on other implementations they may provide oversight to other consultants.

Positions Summary:

The Sr. Requirements Analyst interfaces with the business and program areas to understand their product needs. From this understanding, the Sr. Requirements Analyst will work with the Project Manager and the business to define the scope of a project/release, develop use case models, create activity diagrams, and write user stories, use cases and supplemental specifications to describe the application requirements to support the project scope. The Analyst must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be sensitive to the changing needs of the business, be able to analyze problems and recommend solutions, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Position Summary:

The Technical/Delivery Lead is accountable for leading the overall development of the software, data, functional architecture and business processes needed to support the technology components of large, complex IT initiatives. The ability to play the day-to-day leadership role on and own the successful outcome of their projects over time requires that the senior technical lead possess a range of project management, process, technical, business domain, and soft skills. A lead will possess experience leading all aspects of large scale, technology-oriented, software implementation projects – including working with all levels of executive leadership on the business and technology sides of organizations. The lead will work closely with and oversee a team of analysts, architects, engineers and software developers. A strong background and proven track record of managing data heavy projects, including data exchanges, data standards, and MDM will be critical to the success of this position.
